The Warlock is a close-quarters DPS/Support Hybrid that aims to buff your teammates and debuff the enemy via Void Gauntlet abilities, before switching to the Great Axe to clump up enemies and dish out huge damage.

This build provides a near-permanent 15% damage buff to you and your nearby teammates via Void Gauntlet’s Oblivion ability, and another near-permanent 15% damage buff to yourself by having your mana below 100% via The Abyss.

Through the use of Maelstrom, Gravity Well and Reap, you can group enemies tightly together to cleave them all down with huge AoE DPS. Combining this with Petrifying Scream will reduce any healing they receive, which makes the Warlock a incredibly powerful utility DPS for your team!

Warlock Build Pros:

• Provides very important buffs to your teammates while also debuffing the enemy with disease, rend, and root

• The Great Axe is a very desirable weapon to bring to any expedition, as it’s “clumping” capability is unmatched and allows you to pull all enemies in together and bring them down much faster

Warlock Build Cons:

• Most healers usually run a Void Gauntlet in their build, and having 2 players with Void Gauntlet is somewhat redundant, as their buffs and debuffs do not stack

• This build is more unconventional than most other DPS builds, and whilst very powerful, may not be accepted by lobby leaders who value following the meta
